A limousine has crashed in upstate New York, killing all 20 people. That includes two pedestrians, and all 18 occupants of the vehicle.
The whole thing is tragic beyond words, but four of those killed in the limo crash were sisters on their way to a birthday party.

Since the crash it has emerged that the intersection on which it happened is an accident blackspot, so the authorities must take some share of the blame.
