I'm the maker of this video.

To answer your question, I discovered it.... in the bathroom. I was sitting on the toilet having a cigarette and styling my hair (multi-tasking). I realized via caution labels on the mousse that it was flammable. Having my lighter handy, I couldn't help but discover exactly HOW flammable it was. So, I squirted some mousse on my hand and lit it up. There was a poof of flame and it went out right away. I tried lighting it again and the same thing happened. Because I like fire, I wanted it to keep burning without having to keep lighting it up over and over again, so naturally, I thought of a never-ending circle. I tried it out and, success. The effect was so cool I filmed it (ontop of my portable dishwasher, not my dining room table) and submitted it to Break.com. They own the video now.
Also, I'm single, I don't have a wife.... perhaps this video explains that.

Wow, that's crazy! ;) I suppose if you have an itch so great [in this case, seeing what'll happen if you set mousse on fire], you really have to scratch it! Especially if no one has done it before. Surely someone else out there would like to know the answer, and well, now it has been discovered. Thanks for sharing this video, it was intriguing.

I tend to share cool things like this on my Kyte channel. Have you heard of Kyte.TV? It's a pretty neat web application that allows you to create channels and produce multiple shows on that channel [just think, you're the channel 2 of kyte, and anyone can tune into your channel to watch, just like daytime tv]. What's nice about Kyte is the chatting feature on channels. Once a show is produced, viewers can instantly start chatting up about it; either with you or others in your audience [just like instant messenger]. The channel can also be embedding on your myspace and there's an application available if you have a facebook. Producing shows on-the-go is also a possibility as Kyte can be accessed through a mobile with web-ability or a mobile that is compatible with the Kyte mobile application.

Share these cool experiments [and video-tape some of your own through your webcam] through Kyte.TV. Who knows, someone may be doing the same thing right now and you could help contribute to their channel :)

So I definitely recommend checking it out!

And hey, check out some of my channels while you're there and drop me a line ;)
