Yesterday we showed you images from Tim Burton’s highly anticipated reinterpretation of Alice in Wonderland. Today we’re going one better with the release of the first teaser trailer.
This clip has me salivating for more. It shows Alice, played by Australia’s Mia Wasikowska, disappearing down the rabbit hole to arrive in the fantastical world of Wonderland. We get a glimpse of the old favourites, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, the Cheshire Cat, the White Rabbit, the terrifying Queen of Hearts, and oh yes, the Mad Hatter.
Johnny Depp’s madder than mad hatter seems to be the film’s centerpiece, and why not? Whenever Depp and Tim Burton get together, magic happens. It appears this film is no different!
