I can’t imagine what it must be like to be blind, living your whole behind a veil of darkness. But as it must be for humans, imagine how much worse it must be for dogs.
This dog is not only surviving despite being blind, he’s loving life. Even partaking in a spot of Fetch down at the local park.
The owners have trained this dog to fetch his toy by using a set of words indicating how near or far he is from the object of his affections. And the system clearly works.
This dog has a zest for life that is rare even in able-bodied canines, and yet he has been blind since birth. Which is truly uplifting.
