I was always taught as a little kid that dogs and other animals, unlike humans, didn’t have a conscious or even a “soul.”
But if you ask me, there’s much more than mere ‘animal instinct’ going on in this clip.
I don’t understand the language spoken in this video, but that hardly matters when you pay attention to the actions of the ‘rescue dog’ caught on camera. He carefully watches the traffic and drags the other dog to safety with his mouth.
Some are saying that the dog is only saving the other for a good meal; but as a former dog owner, I have to disagree. Is it really that hard to believe we humans are the only ones on the planet capable of compassion?
