Amazing Japanese Hot Springs Travel Video | Still Warm in Winter? The Swans Seem to Like It!

22 sec read

It takes a brave person to venture out in the middle of a Japanese winter. Thankfully the hot springs are there to take the edge off the chill.

First we visit the amazing sulfur pits, which are actually hot enough to cook an egg. Apparently the results are pretty tasty.

Then it’s time for a quick dip in the hot springs, if you can handle the heat. Apparently it’s 43 degrees, which makes me think this presenter is a bit of a pansy for adding ice.

Once he gets it to the perfect temperature he can sit and “relax” to the swan’s serenade. Honk honk!
