Water itself is not burning...It is only the H2 and O2 which makes a mixture of gases that burns...The question is if the energy spent by the radiowaves generator is not bigger than the energy released by burning of H2 and O2 gases released from a certain quantity of salt water. In this case the so called "invention" is good for nothing. If the salt water will self decompose in H2 and O2 without radiowaves than, it could be another matter.... It is absolutely true.
