I have a wireless cable modem connection for my TiVo. The biggest problem is download time. I have not used the service in nearly 8 months, because of this. Amazon is publishing times of a little under an hour for a full length feature film with a DSL connection (which bandwith can vary greatly from location to location). I tried again today. I started a download at 11AM and it is nearly 4PM. Only 40 minutes of the film have downloaded. At this rate the film will not be downloaded before my guests arrive at 7PM. Never again.

ditto last comment, there needs to be checkbox in the list for closed caption. This is different than subtitle so should be separate checkbox.

Also, unbox video doesn't support any closed captioning for the hard of hearing.
