This past weekend saw two more mass shootings shame America. And yet still nothing is being done to prevent them beyond “thoughts and prayers”.
Neil deGrasse Tyson got himself into hot water with a bizarre tweet suggesting we should keep things in perspective, as people also die of other things. And Twitter lost its shit.
This guy calls himself American Joe, I’m guessing because he’s American and is called Joe. And he’s a right-wing conservative.
Suffice to say he isn’t a fan of deGrasse Tyson, who is usually quite liberal. However, he enjoys watching what he calls “the left eating itself”.
“American Joe” is wrong, obviously. This isn’t the left eating itself, it’s just sensible, empathetic people calling out unsympathetic nonsense.
