I must admit the appeal of Minecraft is beyond me. What am I missing? However, I can appreciate Gangnam Style by PSY, which I’m still not quite sick of. Almost, but not quite.
Perhaps a Minecraft parody version of Gangnam Style will bring the two together in my mind and make me appreciate both of them equally.
This parody is absolutely spot-on, with each part of the video mirroring the real thing very accurately. Apart from the moments which are meant to be different in order to raise a laugh amongst Minecraft fanatics, obviously.
Well, it failed to make me “get” the phenomenon that is Minecraft, but it’s still Gangnam Style, or a close approximation of it. And that makes it brilliant in my books.
