		<description>Why has the video been removed and by whom?  Fortunately I saw it on another article yesterday so I haven&#039;t missed seeing it.  I didn&#039;t care for it particularly but I&#039;m not sure if it is considered abuse. I would have to pass the question on to someone I trust like Cesar Milan for his expert opinion.  I doubt he would agree that that kind of violence is required to make a dog know who&#039;s boss.  My personal opinion is that the person interacting with the dog in this video is hopelessly incompetent as a dog trainer.  Again, an expert in the field would be better to comment.</description>
