This BBC presenter was getting rather frustrated at the lack of blue whales he could see. Which is understandable given he was shooting a documentary about blue whales.
But then, right on cue, one surfaces, clearing his or her blowhole, and making the presenter instantly eat his words. Who said animals don’t have comic timing?
The best thing about this video is the way it shows a natural reaction. Which are in short supply on TV these days, thanks to the rise of scripted reality television shows.
The only thing that would have made this any better is if he’d been so shocked he’d fallen overboard, never to be seen again.
