The Bumbo baby seat is being recalled, with 4 million of the things deemed unsafe to use in their current state.
Apparently the Bumbo baby seat has been a boon for new parents for several years now, providing them with something which they can sit their baby in upright. I wouldn’t know, not being a parent and all.
Unfortunately some children have been injured from using the Bumbo baby seat, with parents sitting them in one while it’s sat on a raised surface such as a table, worktop, or chair. You’d think it would be obvious not to do that, but whatever.
I feel extremely sorry for the injured kids and their parents, but common sense should prevail when using a product such as this one.
