As a child, my mother used to spend more time coaxing me to get out of the sandbox than the time it took for me to actually play in the sand. This Asian lady was probably one of those type of people too, only she’s still playing with sand 20 years later…

And she’s damn good at it too.

Fruit platter Most of us look at food as a tasty way to beat those hunger pangs. But to some, it’s much more than that. It’s the materials they use to create some of the most unique, and delicious, art I’ve ever seen.

Clearly these folks never learned that it’s rude to play with their food. But it’s so fascinating to watch, I’m willing to forgive their bad manners!

Super Size Me With Ketchup and Fries

For most of us French fries and ketchup would be lunch. But they inspire this guy to create a homage to Super Size Me filmmaker Morgan Spurlock. It apparently took 10 packets of ketchup and about an hour of his time, to produce this amazing result.

Only a redneck would get inspired to create art while eating barbecue sauce covered ribs. This hillbilly artist’s methods are unorthodox, but this tasty sauce seems to be the perfect medium to create this stunning artwork of a deer.

First there was chalk art, another masterpiece that is lost quickly in time, and now there is dirty car window art.

So chalk art has that uncanny ability to make it look 3-D, of course, in the right light and from the right direction. But these dirty car canvases also look 3-D, but that is thanks to the talent and ability this artist, Scott Wade, has to shadow and create depth with sand.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve always wondered how they made the many designs, colors and shapes of glass-blown things, from pipes to bowls to vases. I didn’t know that they literally meant that someone is blowing on a large tube making glass bubbles on the other end!

And this “artist” doesn’t seem to be using any sort of special technique or skill to get the design! Maybe he is blowing at different speeds?

Yowser, a free 50 minute long film from Radiohead… on YouTube?!?! This British band is one generous bunch.

First they virtually gave away their new album In Rainbows, and now they’ve made a film of them playing every song on said album and given it away too as a new year treat.

Here at WebTVHub we have a habit of finding videos that leave most of us feeling inadequate. Remember Pete the skateboarding dog and the surfing Radical Rodents? Well prepare to feel inferior again when you see these artistic elephants.

I can’t figure out whether this is the sickest or the most beautiful thing I’ve seen online. But one thing’s for sure, this short film definitely makes an impression.

It’s the brainchild of Sander Plug, a Dutch artist who must be just a little unhinged. In this piece, he spectacularly murders chocolate bunnies. Just as a painter carefully chooses his brushes, Sander chooses a different weapon for each rabbit slaughter.

This kid isn’t much older than three years old and he already paints like Picasso. Though, I’m sure, the thought of age wasn’t on his mind when he painted the detailed works of art his father shows us. Oh yeah, did I mention he does it with his fingers?

His past paintings include a space shuttle, a pumpkin, and a yellow dog. All of which contain proper shading and lightning. His latest work (shown in the above video) is a portrait of a Ninja Turtle and even better than his previous paintings.

But wait… there’s something fishy about this clip.
