What is it with Hollywood marriages? They seem to fail more often than marriages between regular people. The latest example is Sandra Bullock and Jesse James, who look to be splitting up after he allegedly had an affair with Michelle McGee.

Poor old Sandra Bullock. Two weeks ago she won the Best Actress Oscar for her role in The Blind Side. Among the people she thanked in her acceptance speech was he husband, Jesse James.

Unfortunately, according to claims in a magazine, while she was away in Atlanta filming The Blind Side, he hubby was filling his time by having an affair with underwear model Michelle McGee.

Bullock and James wed in 2005 but the marriage now seems to be over. Bullock moved out of the family home a few days before this story broke, no doubt tipped off that it was about to go public. I doubt she’ll move back in.

I live in “The Bible Belt” of the United States. Even so, I still haven’t seen homosexual hatred as much as this video clip shows in Africa.

And, is it just me, or does the Ugandan pastor make a reference to 2 Girls 1 Cup at the 2:30 mark?

Even though Obama has expressed his disdain for the anti-homosexual bill, there continues to be support from certain Christian conservatives like pastor Scott Lively- who claims that all of the hatred was there in the first place.

For hundreds of years, extreme Christian groups have been imposing their ideologies on African countries. Why no one notices the pattern is beyond me.

When we last saw Pomplamoose they were covering Beyonce’s pop hit “Single Ladies.” Now the Californian indie duo has set its sights on the next big dance smash, Lady Gaga’s “Telephone.”

Pomplamoose play it relatively straight here, although the injection of their quirky, jazz-laden style seems like an improvement for me. Gaga’s legions of fans may disagree, but I also think singer Nataly Dawn is head and shoulders above the original vocal.

With the film clip of “Telephone” causing so much controversy with its violence, nudity, and lesbian kissing scenes, perhaps the music video television shows should just play this video instead!

Back in February, the Web gained its latest star. His name is Epic Beard Man, or Epic Beard Guy, or Tom Slick, or Vietnam Tom, or Thomas Bruso. And he became famous for punching a guy out on a bus.

Now, that infamous clip has been turned into an animated video, with some obvious additions and alterations.

I guess you know you’ve truly made it when your escapades get animated. Even if those escapades involve you beating up a black guy after an argument where you’re accused of being a racist.

I kind of like Epic Beard Man, although I wouldn’t like to meet him on a dark night, in an alleyway, alone. But I certainly think he could have more animated videos made of him, maybe even a series!

Barack Obama knows there are serious problems at the heart of America, and is trying to fix those that need fixing the most. However, not everyone agrees with his methods, and they aren’t afraid to voice their oppositions in public.

The one issue which has really divided the United States people is the proposed healthcare bill. The Republicans really don’t like the bill, and they have plenty of supporters eager to get out and show their opposition to it as well.

That’s why yesterday saw a Code Red Rally converge on Washington D.C., with people making clear their opposition to the healthcare bill. The so-called Tea Partiers chanted “Kill The Bill” in an effort to sway voters in the House from voting for the bill to pass.

The healthcare reform bill is expected to be voted on by the end of this week, with Obama and the White House expecting it to pass. If it does, then expect more of these kinds of protests from the right wing.

Chatroulette is a Web service which connects you and your Webcam to strangers also with Webcams. Essentially, it’s the online video equivalent of Russian Roulette. And it’s a hell of a lot of fun. And very addictive.

Chatroulette has also inspired musicians to take their talent online as a test of their improv skills. We’ve already seen an improv rapper and now it’s the turn of an improv pianist.

This guy is arguably more talented than the rapper, but probably not as funny in the things he says or the way he delivers the lines. Still, it’s very entertaining.

My favorite are the three girls who like hearts, hands, and the number three. And I get the feeling they really liked our intrepid pianist.

March 17 is St. Patrick’s Day, when the Irish, people of Irish descent, and basically anyone who wants to be part of a massive worldwide party, celebrates Ireland and Irish culture.

But how do you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day like a real Irishman? Here’s an 8-step guide informing you exactly how to manage to do so. Although some of the advice is questionable at best.

Guinness, green clothing, and a few choice Irish phrases are all essentials. But pinching people on the behind, attending church, and the whole malarkey with the clover are all optional extras.

The most interesting part of the video comes at the end with the fact that 34 million people in the U.S. now claim to be descended from the Irish – more than the population of Ireland today. Which implies there are either a lot of liars or Ireland is a place to move away from ASAP.

Dogs like Edie aren’t ever picked at the shelter. They’re snappy, scraggly, and downright undesirable. That’s why this dog nearly found herself euthanized, but it all turned around with a little kindness.

It’s easy to turn off their video at first. The shaky camera is enough to make you feel seasick. But if you stick with it you’ll be rewarded with a story more heartwarming than any I’ve seen of late.

We see the formerly mean, vicious little dog become transformed into a kind lapdog with just a hug.

The video may be a bit simplistic. I’m sure this pup has a long road of rehabilitation ahead of her. But how wonderful it is to see her wag her tail.

I love most ONN “news” stories, and this one is no exception. This is perhaps the most ironic short they’ve ever done- making fun of useless news stories.

“Now is a desperate attempt to fill up 24 hours of programming, here’s some bullshit that happened somewhere today…”

Every day, reporters have to act like they care about a story that doesn’t affect them. But what if they really said what was on their mind? It would probably turn out a lot like this.

Fox, CNN and MSNBC have to have interesting stories to gain advertising revenue, but sometimes there isn’t anything really interesting going on. So they’ll have book plugs, man-on-the street opinion pieces, and random chase stories that stretch for hours.

And as long as they keep airing those bullshit stories, I’ll stick to my trusty laptop for any news I really care about.

I have to say: there are plenty of good costumes there, but I like Tinkerbell zombie the best. There is just something about her as a little zombie pixie that seals the deal for me.

Plus, how hard is it going to be to clean her costume as opposed to cleaning up the big princesses’ dresses? I wouldn’t bother trying.

Presidential candidate John Edwards’ mistress, Rielle Hunter, talks about everything from her first night with John to their love child Quinn. She pairs the interview with a slightly strange and revealing photo shoot.

While Hunter may claim that she received no money for the interview, there is no way to tell (unless someone else spills) if she is lying or if she received money for the photos as well.

Why she feels the need to come out now and rub the gruesome details of the affair in everyone’s faces remains to be seen. If not money, revenge?

Being a one-on-one sport, tennis can produce the most intense rivalries between players, especially when there are two men at the top of their game fighting to win every championship. So it was with Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi.

Sampras bragged about winning, Agassi accused him of always being serious, Sampras imitated his walk, Agassi imitated his alleged bad tipping, and then Sampras served a ball at Agassi’s head. Wow. I think it’s safe to say there’s no love lost there.

Today is March 15, otherwise known as the Ides of March. It’s the date on which Julius Caesar, the greatest of the Roman emperors, was stabbed by Marcus Junius Brutus, Gaius Cassius Longinus and up to 60 other conspirators in the Roman Senate in 44 B.C.

“Beware the Ides of March” has become part of the English language thanks to William Shakespeare’s dramatization of the life of the Roman Emperor titled Julius Caesar.

An historical account of the time by Plutarch tells us that a seer tried to warn Caesar of his impending fate. Caesar joked, “Well, the Ides of March have come,” and the seer replied, “Ay, they have come, but they are not gone.” Which Shakespeare turned into “beware the Ides of March.”

The point is to be careful on this day as it’s one associated with double crossings, death, and bad fates coming to pass.

The world has had its first look at Predators, the latest sequel to the action-packed science fiction flick Predator. This two-minute clip debuted at the SXSW festival over the weekend, and now the rest of the globe gets to see it.

Director Nimrod Antal has teamed up with producer Robert Rodriguez for this big budget remake. There’s no Arnie here, but Adrien Brody, Laurence fishburne, and Danny Trejo provide plenty of star power.

Fans will be hoping that this remake is better than the terrible Alien vs Predator movies of recent years. It certainly looks slick, but we’ll have to wait until midyear to see whether it’s got any substance.

When we last saw the Fully Sick Rapper, his life in quarantine was sending him around the bend. In his latest video, the Aussie otherwise known as Christian Van Vuuren shows his mental state hasn’t really improved.

After 71 days in quarantine, Christian has become a fully-fledged germaphobe. Personally, I’d think contracting tuberculosis in the first place would be enough to make one a little nervous.

But Christian’s only recently developed the phobia after realizing he’s in a hospital teeming with nasties.

There’s no word yet on when Christian will be released, but hopefully it’ll be before the Fully Sick Rapper loses it completely!

Twilight fans are mad. Seriously. I’ve haven’t seen fandom like it since since the days when boybands were big, and teenage girls were following them around everywhere like tiny apprentice stalkers.

But this girl, Emma Clark (aged 23) takes the biscuit. The big Edward Cullen-shaped biscuit. And eats it sideways.

The official trailer for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the third movie in the four movie series, was released a few days ago. And this is Clark watching it for the first time (and second) and filming her reaction to the on-screen happenings.

She’s utterly bonkers, obviously. But I kind of like her at the same time. She doesn’t care who watches her act mental and he doesn’t care what people say about her. And that’s a great way to be. Good luck to the crazy bitch!

What your weekend needs is a dose of cute. Cue this adorable, but kind of stupid, lamb.

Yes it’s very easy to gush over this baby sheep, her fuzzy coat, and her excitable gamboling. But you can’t help but shake your head at her at the same time.

Whenever her owner calls out “Where’s Bea?” the lamb responds by running across the screen excitably. The only problem is that she doesn’t seem to know how to get to her owner.

By the close of the video, Bea figures things out but it’s too late. We’ve already made our verdict. This is one gorgeous, but totally clueless, lamb!

Nature can obviously be a very powerful and scary voice. I’m thinking earthquakes, tsunami, volcanoes, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. However, man and machine can sometimes overcome nature. And it’s awesome to watch.

Having already documented a train clearing snow in a spectacular show of engineering winning out over nature, it’s now time to see what happens if it’s train vs. flood instead of train vs. snow.

This footage was shot in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and it shows a train continuing on its journey despite the presence of a massive flood up ahead. While the people shield their faces, the train carries on through, creating its own mini-tsunami as it does so.

As well as the wall of water looking awesome, I particularly like the way the pedestrians take the whole thing in their stride, stopping momentarily before continuing on their journey. I guess this is a regular occurrence.

It’s that time again: Formula One is back, with the 2010 season kicking off this weekend in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia.

This video offers a down and dirty preview to the coming season, with a selection of crashes from recent years, a look at a couple of the new cars, and an F1 car even driving on ice.

The 2010 F1 season looks like being a fantastic one. Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton are set to go head to head (which as a Brit is very appealing), and Michael Schumacher is even back to lay the smack down on these young upstarts.

There are also three new teams joining the ranks this season – Lotus Racing, Virgin Racing, and Hispania F1 Racing. Can any of these newcomers challenge the likes of Ferrari and Renault for the top spots?
