Fight, fight, fight! Come on kitty number one, you have him on the ropes now. No, kitty number two, that is an illegal move.

OK, so they don’t actually fight to the death. I don’t think these little fellows have it in them to kill or maim. This isn’t some kind of kitty snuff video, for which I’m eternally grateful. Instead it is cuteness personified.

Kittens fight, as do grown cats. This is how they learn to defend themselves and how they would kill prey in the wild. Why they still do so when they have a bowl of nom nom nibbles sitting in a bowl in the kitchen is beyond me.

I still can’t help but wonder why these owners decided to make (or buy) a wrestling for their kittens. Is it for their enjoyment or the enjoyment of the kittens? Either way it makes for an entertaining video.

What do you get when you cross Rocky, Iron Man, Transformers, and Wolverine? Real Steel. Or a mess. Depending on how you want to look at it.

When I first saw this trailer in the cinema I came out wondering what Hugh Jackman was playing at. Why would he read this preposterous script and not just throw it in the bin? It’s for his kids, obviously.

This is a strange one because at its heart it’s a boxing movie. A boxing movie aimed at children. But because it’s robots doing the boxing it’s OK to watch them kicking the crap out of each other in a ring.

Real Steel may be the best film ever, but I’ll never know because I refuse to go and see it. For those who want to punish themselves, Real Steel was released yesterday (Friday, Oct. 7).

The summer blockbusters may all have come and gone, but the fall looks like having its fair share of good movies due for release. The first of which is Warrior, and this is the official trailer for the film.

Warrior tells the story of two estranged brothers who come together in the ring in the final of an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) championship. MMA can alternatively be called Beat The Shit Out Of Your Opponent Any Way You See Fit.

Tom Hardy is rapidly becoming one of my favorite actors, and he looks to have upped his game yet again for Warrior. Joel Edgerton and Nick Nolte complete a trio of fine actors playing difficult roles.

Warrior is garnering very positive reviews from all sides, and no wonder. The trailer has done enough to persuade me I want to see this epic sports drama as soon as I can. Which thankfully is this weekend.

We’ve all done this, whether we admit it or not. Oh, not walked around killing people with hand farts, obviously, but produced them at least. Oh, don’t deny it, you know it’s true.

A hand fart is, of course, when you break wind into your hand. Which would be a pretty pointless exercise unless you then do something with it.

The natural instinct, usually when you’re a kid, is to stick it in someone’s face. But what if you could use it as a real-life weapon rather than just something which will make people feel a little sick and not speak to your for a few days?

That’s what this video is all about, showing a ninja with a new line in killing. Unfortunately he meets his match at the end when his hand fart-producing powers let him down. But it was good while it lasted.

Most kids dream of being a fireman, a teacher, or a racing car driver. And then there’s Mr. Roku, a tiny Japanese boy who’s already living out his dreams of being a lucha libra wrestler.

At his tender age Mr. Roku is already mixing it with the big boys, and wiping the floor with the grown-up wrestlers might I add! No wonder he’s called Mr. Roku. He might be a kid, but he definitely deserves the respect of his title.

He’s intimidating in the ring, but can you imagine what this kid must be like in the real world? I’ll bet he doesn’t cop any flak in the playground!

This is the official movie trailer for Kung Fu Panda 2, the sequel to the 2008 Dreamworks Animation film starring Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Seth Rogen, Jackie Chan, and some other huge names.

It’s the first day of May today, believe it or not. Either I’m living in a sped-up version of life or time is passing very quickly indeed during 2011. And that means summer is fast approaching, and with it a bunch of great movies.

The first of the unmissable movies is Kung Fu Panda 2, which is being released on May 26 in the U.S. Those of us in other parts of the world will have to wait a little longer, as usual.

I’ve gone off CG animated movies of late, but this does look awesome. The only negative is it’s in 3D, as every movie seemingly has to be these days. When will Hollywood learn most people don’t care about 3D!!!

This video is the movie trailer for Hanna, starring Saoirse Ronan, Cate Blanchett, and Eric Bana. I must admit I’m impressed enough by this short teaser to know this will be one movie I’ll make the trip out for.

Ronan plays the titular Hanna, a young girl who has been trained in a remote Finnish forest by her dad for reasons unknown. By the time she reaches adulthood she’s a lethal killing machine.

Without giving too much away, it turns out Ronan isn’t quite as human as the rest of us, being the result of a CIA experiment which subtly altered her DNA. A little far-fetched perhaps, but it could work.

If it works, and I won’t know until I’ve actually seen the movie in full, it’ll be because Ronan is completely believable as an innocent young girl, so when she starts killing people left, right, and center it’ll be a shock to the system.

How could Jackie Chan be dead, as some quarters of the Web are claiming? The man is not only a legend, he’s also invincible and nigh-on immortal. As this video proves.

Another day, another rumor that a celebrity has died. Like all the rest, this one isn’t true, and Jackie Chan is alive and well. Which I sometimes find hard to believe, because he has risked his life doing some stunt or other in almost every film he’s been in.

This video shows the Top 10 Jackie Chan stunts as chosen by some random guy. But he thankfully gets it pretty damn spot-on. Much to my relief.

To repeat, and probably labor the point: Jackie Chan isn’t dead. He’s come close a few times, and if you search YouTube for ‘Jackie Chan Accident’ you’ll see just how close. But he’s still awesome, just like Chuck Norris.

I do so love seeing someone who thinks he’s really hard and cool coming a cropper. They deserve the pain and humiliation!

This Muay Thai martial arts instructor is demonstrating to his students how using his skills, his muscles, and his focused energy, he can kick a bamboo pole until it breaks. Well, that’s the general idea anyway; the reality is a little different.

Three times he tries, and three times the pole bends but does not break. It’s just not willing to die at the hands of this supposed tough guy. I give the instructor kudos for keeping on trying, because he could so easily have just given up and hobbled off after the first attempt.

I just wish the camera had panned around so we could see the looks on the faces of the students watching. I’m thinking unimpressed would sum things up sufficiently.

Well done Floyd Mayweather. You’ve just shown yourself up to be a racist, homophobic, offensive idiot. What’s that flying out of the window? All the respect anyone ever had for you.

We all know racism exists. But that doesn’t make it any more tolerable to hear or see. And it’s even more shocking when it’s spouted along with homophobic and just generally offensive comments.

As if the language Floyd Mayweather uses in this video isn’t bad enough, there’s also his manner. He’s all bravado, showing off to his buddies, or rather the selection of hangers-on he has around him.

I hope Manny Pacquiao beats the crap out of him for this, as he clearly needs to be taken down a peg or two. I’ve never really respected boxers anyway, because what’s so great about being able to hit someone harder than anyone else?

Jackie Chan is kick-ass. No, not the character from the recent superhero movie, but proper kick-ass as in he can kick anyone’s ass. And it doesn’t matter that he’s now getting on a bit; he’s still harder than me or you.

The problem is, he’s had enough of kids thinking they’re hard enough to have a go at him. So he’s fighting back, no mercy.

Using a selection of clips from all of Chan’s movies, including the upcoming Karate Kid remake, this video clip shows Chan kicking kids’ asses in a multitude of different ways.

The best comes at the end when he shoots a girl dead while she’s in mid-air daring to launch a flying kick at Jackie.

There’s something seriously wrong with this video, but it doesn’t matter. Seeing Chan kick anyone’s ass is awesome; kids included.

This guy has either practiced kicking ass every day of his life, or is drugged up to the eyeballs on caffeine and crack. Either way, I wouldn’t like to meet him on a dark night because I’m guessing I’d be on the floor before I even caught sight of him.

The best fighting video games always pitch a big, heavy, slow brute against a small, light, agile athlete. And the fast-moving fighter usually comes out on top by getting in and out before the big man can react.

This guy seems to have taken inspiration from that fact and put it to use in real life. He has therefore trained to punch and kick super fast, and all while also blocking any shots that may come his way.

I’d like to see this guy actually in a fight, rather than merely training. I’m guessing he’d kick some serious ass, but he might get caught with one good punch to the face and go down like a sack of spuds.

This video shows a guy teaching a young kid, probably his son, probably about five-years-old, to box.

The video has clearly been edited to make the kid look faster, but that isn’t the main issue I have with it.

Is it really the done thing to teach a kid to box at such a young and impressionable age?

Sure, he’ll probably grow up being able to defend himself, and bullies won’t stand a chance. But what if the kid is the one who ends up aggressive and bullying?

Hopefully this guy is a responsible teacher, and parent if that is indeed what he is to this young kid.

But there’s always a chance he isn’t, or that the kid is pre-destined to be a handful. And teaching him boxing could be a bad thing.

Every time there’s a big MMA fight at the weekend, the names of the fighters appear on my radar. But Strikeforce Nashville proved slightly more interesting than the rest.

After the organized fight between Jake Shields and Dan Henderson ended, with Shields beating Henderson, the real action kicked off. Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller asked for a rematch, and the next thing you know, all hell broke loose.

This after-fight brawl actually resembles something you’d see in a playground, with much pushing and shoving, and more and more people getting involved.

There’s even been some suggestion that the whole thing was staged as the actual scheduled fight was boring. Is MMA going to the way of WWE, and becoming nothing more than a staged cocktail of cheap tricks? I hope not.

I must admit to not having seen much of Chuck Liddell up to now, or knowing anything much about him. What can I say? I’m not a big UFC fan, that’s all.

However, I’ve now seen more than enough of Chuck Liddell and his girlfriend Heidi Northcott, as a video of them partaking in a naked workout has found its way on to the Internet. How? Why? By whom?

This isn’t a paparazzi job. Instead, it appears Liddell and Northcott agreed to the naked workout shoot for a new viral marketing campaign by Reebok, which already sponsors Liddell in a professional capacity.

Which would explain why the rudey bits are all blurred out, and in a very precise and professional way too. Although somewhere there must be an unedited version with all the good stuff intact. Expect it to appear on the Web within a few months.

If you haven’t yet heard of Kick-Ass then you’re in for a real treat. This is the new teaser trailer for the movie which is due out in April 2010.

It tells the story of a teenage comic-book fan who decides to emulate his heroes by donning a costume and fighting crime as the titular Kick-Ass. The one problem is he doesn’t actually possess any super powers or special skills.

If that idea wasn’t intriguing enough then consider that Kick-Ass inspires a number of copycats, including a sword-wielding 11-year-old girl and her father (played by Nicolas Cage).

I’ve been following the progress of this film since it was first announced so seeing the trailer now hit the Web is awesome. And I want to see it so badly. Unfortunately, it’s still five months away so I’ll have to be patient.

Seeing world records broken is very cool. Seeing someone with sick martial arts skills is very cool. And seeing a hot girl doing the world record-breaking kicking is even cooler. It’s certainly made my day.

The hot girl in question is Chloe Bruce, who appears in this Fight Tube video managing 210 kicks in a minute. Bruce is regarded as the number one women’s competitor in martial arts today and this shows off her skills.

As impressive as the actual world record, which must have taken stamina the likes of which I could never possess, is Bruce’s behind. It’s so well-toned and on-display that I couldn’t help but draw attention to it.

This girl has pretty much got it all – a fine body, martial arts skills, and a world record. But I’m not sure I’d like to meet her down a dark alleyway as I’m unsure whether I’d emerge unscathed. She could have me in more ways than one.

Up until this moment I thought Captain Kirk fighting that strange green lizard thing in an episode of Star Trek: The Original Series was the best worst fight scene ever committed to the screen. But it isn’t, as this clip trumps it in style.

It shows a fight scene from Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky, a Hong Kong movie based on a Japanese comic book. Which I suppose does go some way to explaining the bizarre nature of the fight.

But still, it’s awesome.

First, one guy taps the other on the back of the head and his eye falls out. How can you top that? I know, how about having the one-eyed guy stab himself in the stomach, pull out his intestines and strangle the first guy. No Really!

And to finish, let’s have the one-eyed, stomach-slashed guy still able to run around and attack the first guy. At least until he lifts him in the air and then crushes his skull with one punch. You couldn’t make it up, but someone actually did in this instance.

When Chuck Liddell isn’t ballroom dancing or winning UFC fights, he manages to make time to teach others how to fight just as effectively as he does.

If you thought you knew how to punch, think again. Chuck schools some of his students in this video and nearly breaks a kid’s arm.

When you watch UFC matches, it’s easy to forget the brute strength behind all of the moves. Why Chuck could have so many quick knock-outs always baffled me; weren’t the other guys punching just as hard? Apparently not.

Rather than using your arm muscles and punching straight out, putting a pivot and using your whole body can produce a much stronger effect. Sure, it’s a little “weird” (as Chuck describes), but it’s the difference between a winning and losing a fight.

Merely from the first few seconds of this clip, you can already tell a cheesy fight scene is going to take place; a text-book bad guy puts on his sinister look and licks a knife…

And then it just gets worse.

After watching horrible action flicks like Hitman and Transporter 2, I thought I’d seen the absolute worst fights in history. But, as this scene proves, I was horribly wrong. The 80’s had a bunch of cheesy music videos, and the 90’s had even more cliché action films.

Just in case you’re wondering, this fight scene was taken from the 1994 film starring starring Cynthia Rothrock called Undefeatable. Due to a cult following, the movie was released on DVD just a couple of months ago.
