Sick of people talking loudly on their cell phone in public? This man certainly was and decided to take matters into his own hands. After a lady that rode the same bus as him noticed him pulling out a small black device whenever someone tried to make a call, she called a local news station.
Even after being confronted by the news crew, the man was proud of his actions. Some are even calling him the “Cell Phone Jammer Villagante.”
Sure, there’s the occasional loud person who doesn’t have an inside voice on their cell phone when riding the bus, but I’ve never really thought of taking drastic action like this. There are better ways of blocking out the noise, hell, even just asking someone to “keep it down” might work.
It should be noted that after this interview was conducted, the man stopped using his cell phone jammer.
