Had he lived beyond the tender age of 36, Bob Marley would now be 75. Sadly, the legendary reggae singer died of skin cancer in 1981.

Thankfully, despite his premature death, Bob Marley left behind a lot of great music. There are also some insightful interviews with the man.

This video shows a segment from 60 Minutes Australia. In it, an interviewer chats to Marley about his music, plus his views on a range of different subjects.

The interviewer comes off as a little racist, but then maybe that’s because we’re watching this interview in 2020, and attitudes were a little different back in 1979.
