The Commodore 64 is back! No, I’m not kidding, that all-in-one, under-the-keyboard monstrosity has been rebooted as a modern PC. And it can be all yours for, well, quite a lot of money, actually.
If they advertise the new version, and I’m not sure they’ll have a big enough budget to do so, then I suspect Commodore will take a slightly different approach than they did with this commercial.
What is with the stupid hand gestures? Or the crap clothes? Oh wait, this was the early 1980s, so I guess stupid hand gestures and crap clothes were the norm. But still, did anyone really take their Commodore 64 with them to the water park?
In essence the new Commodore 64 is just like any other PC inside, it’s just that all the innards are wrapped up in a retro design that some people will probably adore. Not me, though, I have to say. Even though I owned one back in the day.
