		<description>The guy isn&#039;t as dum as he looks,he may have hit on something here, l rekon that if you could combine that system to use as a casting aid, ie take bait/lure out.   You would need a range of at least 2/3 hundred yards though and be equipped with a release clip so you could drop a lure exactly where you want it, ie over a shoal of game fish, you know the kind you often see just outside casting range beyond the breakers.  Give him 9/10 for effort!</description>
