Sadly but ZML was closed. Now I use http://movies34.com/ for movie download. It’s even more convinient than ZML. It has a monthly subscription fee and you can watch as much movies as you want.

Why not just steal the DVD from a shop, you won’t have to wait for it to download and it will be in higher quality

OK, I’d like to know if zml.com pays royalties to the movie companies or are they just collecting the money to fund their ‘illegal’ business? Here’s one line from the terms of service at zml.com:

“All materials presented on this site are available for the distribution over the Internet in accordance with the license of the Russian Organization for multimedia and Digital Systems (ROMS) and intended for personal use only.”

Russian?? Since when do they honor U.S. laws? I may be wrong, but I’d be surprised if they’re sending royalties to the movie companies.

I really wish the movie companies had such affordable movie download websites. It’s not like they haven’t already made a killing on their movie sales at theatres and on DVD! Give us a price break already! Make it less appealing to download movies illegally by selling them for a couple of bucks.

I think 4.99 for a high def movie is fair price after all there’s no packaging or cover art any more. Also the DRM should be illegal, if I pay for some content I should be able to copy and view that content on any and all devices I want. I should be able to let my friends borrow it like we did with albums.
WTH is this micro managed world coming too?
