Elder Scrolls Online is coming soon, with Bethesda now accepting applications for the beta release on their website. To celebrate the occasion the developer released a cinematic trailer almost six minutes long.
Just don’t expect any gameplay footage or details about the game. There aren’t any.
This is a really impressive trailer for a video game, one that looks and feels more like a teaser for a Hollywood movie. Unfortunately it’s gained mixed reactions from fans.
The problem is that it’s all style over substance. The world doesn’t look like one within the Elder Scrolls universe, and the characters are just slightly off all the way through. I guess you can’t please everyone all the time.
