It was back to the 90s over the weekend, when Salt-N-Pepa teamed up with En Vogue at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards.
The two girl groups performed Whatta Man together, with Salt-N-Pepa having already performed a medley comprising Push It, Shoop, and Let’s Talk About Sex.
This video shows the current members of En Vogue on the red carpet talking about Salt-N-Pepa, Whatta Man, and the 1990s overall.
This video reminds me that a) I’m now old, as I remember these two groups vividly, and b) that today’s pop charts aren’t meant for me, as I find most of the music unlistenable.
