Warner Bros. is making a full-length, live-action Suicide Squad movie. They have already announced the cast, with Tom Hardy, Jared Leto, Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and Jai Courtney all give starring roles.

The Suicide Squad dates back 60 years, but it has evolved over the decades to be something very different now than it was originally.
In the new movie, Leto will play The Joker, Will Smith will play Deadpool, and Tom Hardy will play Rick Flagg. Suicide Squad is due to be released in August 2016, giving us all plenty of time to read the comics.
