The Pokemon Company has released a brand new Pokemon game for mobile devices. It’s called Pokemon Duel, and it’s available for Android and iOS right now.
Pokemon Duel, known as Pokemon Co-master in Japan, is very different to Pokemon GO. Rather than wander around real-world locations, you find and battle Pokemon trainers in the digital realm.
At its core Pokemon Duel is a digital board game. You build a team of Pokemon playing pieces, and then pitch them against other teams of Pokemon.
Unlike most Pokemon games, which rely on strength, Pokemon Duel values strategy above all else. This means it won’t be for everyone, but it’s certainly worth checking out.
