This is the first trailer for Thor 2, officially titled Thor: The Dark World. The Marvel comic book movie is due to be released in November 2013.
I’ll be honest and admit that Thor: The Dark World isn’t looking all that good. Sure, the action is epic and the visual effects are incredible, but beyond that?
We already know Loki pitches in to help, and we know that Jane Foster (played by Natalie Portman) is now the chink in Thor’s armor. Which is all very predictable.
I like comic book movies which surprise as well as entertain, but it looks as though Thor 2 may be more of the same, and a very by-the-numbers effort.
