OK, so the real explanation behind the illustration seen in the video isn’t anywhere near as exciting as it could have been. But it was good to imagine it was dirty for a while, no?
Nintendo is merely warning gamers not to put the 3DS in their back pocket because if they then sat down they could crush it, breaking the device and possibly injuring themselves in the process.
Like with so many instruction sheets or manuals, it all depends how dirty-minded the reader is. In my case I’m very dirty-minded so almost everything can become euphemistic in some way.
