It turns out Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever isn’t actually the worst Christmas movie ever. In fact, What The Flick?! rather enjoyed this fun Lifetime flick.
Perhaps expectations were so low for this film that even not totally sucking is enough for the What The Flick?! guys to give it a small thumbs-up.
Yes, it’s a cheap movie, but it’s very self-aware, mocking itself and its status as a television movie starring a talking cat. Which makes a huge difference.
Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever can be watched now on the Lifetime channel, and bought on DVD in the middle of December. If you like Aubrey Plaza’s snark, then you need to see it.
