Harry Anderson, best known for playing the role of Judge Harry Stone in Night Court, has passed away at the tender age of just 65.
Anderson was found dead at his home in North Carolina. Police have not yet released the cause of death, but there was no foul play suspected.
As well as starring in nine seasons of Night Court (a role which won him several Emmys) Anderson appeared in Cheers, Saturday Night Live, IT, and Dave’s World.
Anderson leaves behind his wife, and two children from his first marriage. He also leaves behind lots of TV work which made people laugh for decades. Which isn’t a bad legacy.
