Dogs are insanely loyal animals. Unlike cats, which will change owners on a whim, dogs recognize their true owners, and want to be with them for life.
This loyalty can clearly be seen in this video, which shows a lost dog in China waiting patiently for its original owner to come and take him home.
The dog looks forlorn when he’s on his own, and stares at passers-by hoping to spot his owner. All to no avail. And then he’s captured and taken to a refuge.
