The beauty of this commercial and commercials like these is the subtly. Those who know exactly what this commercial is about won’t think it’s subtle, but think about it: Will anyone who doesn’t already know about that sort of sexual experience know what this commercial is about (besides underwear)?

I don’t know why people get so worked up. You have to know about it beforehand to know what’s going on, so why blame the commercial?
