This is one of the funniest videos I’ve seen in a long time, and probably the best promotional effort for a video game of all time. If you have ever played a Call of Duty game then I suspect you’ll love it as much as I do.
What we get is a parody of the Call of Duty games, titled Duty Calls: The Calm Before The Storm.
Every aspect of the CoD games is spoofed, including the slow-mo effects, the dull statements at the beginning of a mission, the terrible enemy AI, and obvious end boss who gives up far too easily.
This game has been made purely to promote Bulletstorm, the new title from Epic Games and EA. The premise is simple: Call of Duty is boring and predictable, so why not try something a little different?
And you know what? I may just do that thanks to this promo.
