As you’re no doubt aware if you have ears — my apologies to anyone who doesn’t — there is rather a lot of screaming in metal music. For those of us who like the genre, this is a good thing, but it’s not to everybody’s tastes.
However, what may help is setting those screams to scenes from famous films. Et voila, it is done.
We get to see what Jim Carrey really sounds like when, as Ace Ventura, he gets a couple of spears thrown into his legs. Which has gotta hurt.
A metal band should take this idea and run with it, using clips from movies in one of their music videos. It’s guaranteed to go viral, just as this did.
