The Hangover was the surprise hit of 2009, doing incredible business at the box office, especially for a comedy. Will Hot Tub Time Machine do the same in 2010?
This is the red band trailer for Hot Tub Time Machine, meaning the swearing and nudity is all there on display. Which is a good thing as both of these things are a big part of this movie.
I wasn’t all that impressed by the older, suitable for work trailer. But this NSFW one has me wanting to see the movie when it is released on March 19.
The story is a bizarre one which looks to owe a lot to the bawdy comedies of the 1980s. And John Cusack’s appearance helps carry that feel through.
Hot Tub Time Machine may end up being crap but I think it’ll be a surprise hit. Even though Mike Tyson is nowhere to be seen.
