Hurricane Headed For RNC? Video | Tropical Storm Isaac Could Hit Republican Convention

26 sec read

The Republican National Convention is set to begin on Monday (Aug 27), but things could get a little wet and windy for the politicians and party supporters that turn up.

Tropical Storm Isaac is presently sat out in the Caribbean doing its thing. Which is unfortunate for those who live there, but nothing out of the ordinary. However, it’s forecast to develop into a hurricane.

Hurricane Isaac, as it would then be called, is projected to head for the east coast of America, hitting landfall in Florida just as the GOP arrive in Tampa for their annual get-together. What a shame.

This video shows a meteorologist discussing Isaac and how it could develop from a tropical storm into a hurricane. It’s fascinating stuff.
