rep Cao, this man has shown courage when our country really needs it. Hard times now and ahead and we all need to work together exchanging ideas on a national and international level . No party is right all the time and and party loyalty instead of AMERICAN loyalty is importantant and Mr Cao shows us what that is all about. I salute you,you are a true statesman…thanks Bill V
