Kathy Griffin is a comedienne who is known for sometimes going slightly over the top and saying things many of us would baulk at saying. So obviously she’s perfect for live television!
Griffin starred alongside Anderson Cooper for CNN’s coverage of the New Year’s Eve countdown to 2009. The pair offered some nice competition to Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve but I’m not sure if Griffin will get asked back.
The problem came when a passer-by obviously started mocking Griffin for her possibly hosting the reunion for The Bad Girls Club, a reality television show. Griffin didn’t take too kindly to the interruption.
The camera had actually flicked away from Griffin before she started her foul-mouthed response but the audio is as clear as day. It could have been worse though, she did only say “dicks” after all, and well after the watershed.
