Keith Olbermann has left MSNBC, presenting his Countdown show for the last time on Friday night (Jan. 21). But I’m sure the conservative right will give a nice, unbiased, balanced, non-reactionary spin to the story…
Oh, perhaps not.
This video shows some guy who thinks he is famous visibly climaxing at the news that Olbermann has parted company with MSNBC. If the sign of a true journalist is an ability to deliver news in a deadpan way then it makes this guy, well, anything but a journalist.
Olbermann has likely gone because of the controversy surrounding donations he made to Democratic candidates last year. He was only suspended for two days but the right has continued to make more of the incident than was necessary.
It’s clearly an unfair world in which Olbermann gets fired while Glenn Beck manages to hold on to his job.
