I really dislike disagreeing with a pundit who knows nothing about a certain genre of music. Kevin Skinner may NOT be a Susan Boyle in you mind…………..BUT………………..GARTH BROOKS is NO KEVIN SKINNER.

Kevin sang that song better, with more heart, more feeling and more diverse than Garth could ever sing.

It’s between HIM and the Black gentleman coming on next week.

You can’t compare Kevin with Susan but wait for another few weeks, Let people listen to his music and I will bet he will have more on an impact in the future than Susan.

I believe he has a much brighter future than Susan. Just thinking about the type of music. Going to a concert or listening to a CD with many songs and Kevin will sell many more CD’s, Perform more concerts and receive more awards with his music. He has his very own touch and it shows beyond what even Garth Brooks could have hoped.

Just wait! Someday we will all say “We remember the night Kevin sang on America’s Got Talent.

I’ve heard lots of negative things about Kentucky. I’m African-American and I like Country and Western music, even though it lacks popularity in the African-American community. Honestly, I was a little reluctant to continue watching. I’m glad I did. This was one of the most emotional performances that I’ve seen and it brought me to tears. I can only think on one other performance as emotional, and that was Paul Potts. I hope that Kevin goes on to enjoy much success. I will certainly buy your first recording. You’ve changed my mind about Kentucky!
