I don’t eat kebabs very often, but when I do it’s because I’m drunk, hungry, and in need of salty, fatty, spicy meat and bread layered in hot sauce.
However, I have never bought shawarma from a guy with as much style as the one in this video. Which is a shame.
This guy is a kebab master, preparing each sandwich in time to the music. His technique still needs a little work, as meat and salad goes flying, but it still looks good.
The true test is in the eating though, so whether this guy is a genius or a charlatan really depends on whether the kebabs taste good or not.
