We already know how screwed up California laws are. For God’s sake they allow doctors to prescribe “medicinal marijuana”.
But there is something seriously wrong when a man can be threatened with a life sentence for stealing a pack of doughnuts only worth $0.50.
True the man above has already committed 2 felonies in the past 30 years, but since when does stealing doughnuts constitute as a felony? If you ask me, all this hassle only leads to yet another useless body that will take up space in a prison.
I say they should conserve their tax money and allow him to trade this “felony” for some good ol’ community service. Or perhaps the Governator will finally put his foot down…oh who am I kidding?
