It’s happened to us all. You find your mouth saying something you’re pretty sure your brain had nothing to do with. It’s called foot-in-mouth disease, and this local news anchor for ABC26 has a bad case.
After reporting on something called the G-Spot Shot, which helps boost a woman’s sex drive, the lady reporter throws back to the anchors by telling them that the woman interviewed isn’t going to miss her next appointment for the shot.
Cue Mr. Foot-In-Mouth Esq., who thinks the correct response to this is, “So she’s enjoying penis a little bit more, is she?” What? He didn’t just say that, did he?
Both the reporter and the female anchor are gobsmacked, but try to remain professional in the face of such an almighty cock-up. Pardon the pun.
The thing is, he’s actually right in what he said. He just chose not to dress it up so it would be appropriate for the people watching.
