Tuesday July 7th will see the memorial service for Michael Jackson take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles (watch it live here). A total of 17,500 tickets to the event are being offered to the public.
I am not sure whether to go with the flow on this one or be disgusted at the thought of people trying to get tickets to a memorial service.
The whole thing is just a little weird.
Hopefully the event will be a sober one and people behave as they remember the life of such an influential person – for the Jackson family’s sake as well as Los Angeles officials.
