Former MTV executive Rob Barnett has found his place in the entertainment world: cyberspace.
With the help of Harry Shearer and David Wain (yep, that gay looking guy), the 6-month old MyDamnChannel has grown to have over 139 webisodes and counting.
As stated on their site, “My Damn Channel is an entertainment studio and new media platform created to empower artists to co-produce, distribute and monetize original, episodic video content”. So what does that really mean?
Basically it’s yet another site with webisodes. But unlike those other sites, MyDamnChannel hand-picks only the best artists that they see fit. Content producers are given complete control and split the revenue 50-50.
