Bethany Mota is apparently a “YouTube beauty and lifestyle sensation,” but I must admit I had never heard of her before today.
Regardless of the fragility of her fame, Mota has released a single called Need You Right Now, and this is the official lyric music video for that song.
While this poppy dance stuff isn’t really my cup of tea, Mota deserves credit for not sucking. This song is actually OK, and she can clearly sing, albeit with the help of some serious autotune.
I suspect we’ll be seeing a lot more of Bethany Mota in the months and years to come. In a world where Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton are famous there must be room for a celebrity YouTuber.
