Britney Spears somehow still has a career despite not releasing anything good for a decade. Her new song is called Work Bitch, and it’s just as ludicrously pointless as all her other efforts.
To be fair the ultimate message of the song, which is that if you want something you’re going to have to work for it, is solid. But it’s all wrapped up with a pop sound that feels outdated.
I have to admit Britney is looking good once more, clearly having worked to get her body back in shape after several years where hacks accused her of having let herself go.
But the rest of this performance, both the song and the video, are utter tosh.
