In “The Key,” a mysterious stranger called Georgie shows up and offers Maggie the key to the future. Which is an instruction manual offering plans for building a community.
If you are up to date with the comics you’ll know that the TV series has yet to show either The Whisperers or The Commonwealth, so it stands to reason Georgie is from one of those.
As this YouTuber explains it looks highly likely that Georgie is the leader of The Commonwealth, which could mean The Walking Dead is going to skip The Whisperers storyline.
