Muse are my favorite rock band of all time. Seriously. I rate them higher than any band who has ever been, and that includes the likes of The Who and The Rolling Stones. Not The Beatles, but they’re primarily a pop group. Kinda.
Anyway, my love of Muse means this video is intriguing. It’s a cover of Uprising from their latest album The Resistance by Nikki and Rich. And it’s not very good.
OK, so some people may like it. Fans of Nikki and Rich, I’m guessing. There are a few out there apparently. This cover was performed and recorded for Billboard’s ‘Mashup Monday’.
If you like this version of Uprising and haven’t heard the original then I urge you to download it. In fact, get the whole album and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
