The Notorious B.I.G. otherwise known as Biggie Smalls was killed by drive by shooting on March 9th 1997, and this is footage of the before and after of the moment it happened.
It’s from a documentary in to the life and death of Biggie, and is amateur footage from a car full of fans near to the scene of the crime.
It’s quite scary watching this, as you know that someone is being shot to death in the background, and when you hear the shots, you just want to stop watching.
The fact is it’s been 10 years since the shooting now, and since then there have been a number of other deaths in the hip hop community. It’s getting better but crime and gangs still have a hand in the rap music business.
