I hope Oprah Winfrey gives herself a well earned rest. It’s been hard seeing her lately. She doesn’t realize how she has been neglecting her health. I’ve seen many friends retire or go into a phase that is a big change from having a bunch of kids live at home or working more than 40 hours a week. Guess what? They start to live a different life and really are healthier and able to take better care of themselves because they have more time for themselves. They stay busy but their refocussing results in returning to an earlier weight and getting more of the kind of exercise they have always enjoyed.
